SOS

We had another successful Summer of Service with our Club SOS! We love our weekly service projects throughout June and July. This summer, we:

- Picked up trash at a community park-

- Wrote letters of thanks and pictures to military personnel, and collected items to donate to a women's shelter-

- Decorated hearts to heart attack some people with lots of love, and tied blankets for Project Linus-

- Sang patriotic songs to our community senior citizens group; Isabel was asked to sing "You're a Grand Old Flag" from her talent show, which she did. Then we mingled and visited with the senior citizens-

- Made picture books and beaded necklaces and bracelets to be delivered to children in Haiti by our friend's mom's friend, who volunteers in a Haitian orphanage. Even Mason did some of this one-

- Washed police cars for our local police force-
